Embroider1off will strive to meet the highest level of quality and service to our customers. We will communicate on a regular basis with the customer to provide an excellent service.

ORDERS

Embroider1off will supply you, the customer, with a written quotation via E-Mail,  no quotation will be given until receipt of design.

Ownership Of Artwork

All digitised designs of artwork supplied by the customer will remain the property of Embroider1off. Digitised images will be stored securely for an indefinite time, any artwork will be returned to the customer. Under no circumstances will Embroider1off use any digitised artwork other than that agreed with you, the customer.

Ownership Of Items

All items remain the property of Embroider1off until payment has been paid in full.

Customer Supplied Garments

Embroider1off accept no liability for spoilage when embroidering customer's own garments.

Garment Returns

All orders are counted and checked for faults before dispatch from Embroider1off. In the unlikely event of goods being faulty on receipt we will accept the garments back within 5 days of supply, this will be subject to our reasonable discretion. Washed or used garments will not be accepted back under any circumstances. Colours and sizes detailed or illustrated in the catalogue are for guidance only. In the event confusion occurs Embroider1off cannot be held responsible for losses incurred.
